After a long time of use, the safety shoes will be glued. What should I do if the glue is glued?

Labor protection shoes are the best helper to protect workers' feet. They are cheap, tough and wear-resistant, and can effectively protect against scratches, impacts and other injuries. However, some labor protection shoes will be glued after a long time of use. What should I do if they are glued?

Solution to the glue opening of labor protection shoes:

The opening glue of labor protection shoes can be repaired with polyurethane resin glue specially used by the shoe factory. The use method is divided into four steps: cleaning, gluing and air drying, heating and pressing, and leaving for 24 hours.

① Clean and patiently polish the fitting surface to ensure that it is dry, rough and dust-free.

② Apply the glue evenly on both sides and keep them separate. Wait for 5-10 minutes until the glue is completely air dried and does not stick to your hands.

③ After the glue is dried, heat it with hot air of 65 ℃ in a blower for about 15 seconds, and then apply pressure on both sides (the greater the pressure, the better, and the length of time is not important).

④ Do not tear the fitting surface after bonding. It should be left standing for more than 12 hours before it can be put into use.

Maintenance method:

1: Pay attention to the cleaning method, do not soak for a long time, and the soaking time shall not exceed 2 hours.

2: After cleaning, the labor protection shoes must not be dried quickly, away from the fire source, and must not be dried with heating or open fire, which is easy to cause aging and glue opening of labor protection shoes.

3: Regularly maintain, clean and oil the labor protection shoes to keep the leather soft and moist.

If you don't wear it for a long time, you should brush the labor protection shoes first and store them in a cool place to avoid mildew. It is best to support the inside of the shoes with fillers to avoid deformation. Don't wear the same pair of labor protection shoes for a long time. It's best to wear two pairs of labor protection shoes instead, which can effectively reduce the short-term twists and turns of the same pair of labor protection shoes and prevent the twists and turns from breaking glue.
